Chairman of the Supervisory Board Prof. Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels
Prof. Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels is a lawyer and partner of Orrick, Hölters & Elsing in Düsseldorf. He has specialized in corporate law, capital market regulations, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prof. Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels is author of several publications concerning company law. In addition he is publisher of the weblog “Verschmelzungsbericht.”

Thomas Hoffmann
Thomas Hoffmann studied history, sociology and Islamic sciences in Bonn. He is an investment manager and an analyst specialised in sustainability companies.

Jürgen Daamen
Since completing his economic studies the banker has been working for KfW bank. He has been responsible for credit management in programs to finance protection of the environment and works currently as a consultant for the bank's credit programs. Furthermore he is a member of the sustainability committee since 2003.
