SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

NETWORK AND COMPETENCE

The sustainability committee is an independent board which is not tied to instructions from Murphy&Spitz Green Capital AG. It will be brought into the decision making process when the investigative phase is well advanced and a clear structure for participation is at hand. The sustainability committee becomes then a checking and advisory component in the investment process. The sustainability committee can lodge objections to every investment.
